Accompanying persons may participate in all sightseeing and field study activities.
Payment method
Recommended payment flow
1. Submit your registration request with the form below.
2. The organizer confirms your category and sends the Airwallex payment instructions.
3. Pay with the same email address and include your payment reference in the Airwallex note.
4. Send the Airwallex transaction ID after payment. Screenshot only if there is a payment issue or if the organizer asks for it.

Fill in your details, then open the prepared email draft. This keeps the registration information structured and gives you a payment reference to use later in Airwallex.
Inclusions
Partner university rate: a flat $150 USD fee for students and faculty from IFToMM YFG partner institutions.
Included: all course materials, welcome reception/dinner, farewell gathering lunch, and certificate of completion.
Not included: international travel, accommodation, personal expenses, travel insurance, and optional weekend day trip (estimated €50-60).
A limited number of fee waivers may be available pending sponsorship confirmation. Details will be announced with the call for applications.
